Game show legend Bob Barker passed away at his home on Saturday, Aug. 26th, as first revealed by his publicist, Roger Neal. “It is with profound sadness that we announce that the World’s Greatest MC who ever lived, Bob Barker has left us,” Neal said in a statement Saturday (via NBC News). Barker was most famous for hosting the legendary game show, The Price Is Right, and the successful quiz game show Truth or Consequences before that. Born in 1923, Barker was 99, four months short of turning 100 on Dec. 12th. Barker retired from The Price Is Right in June 2007, saying:
