Created by David Shore in 2004, House remains one of the most popular medical dramas of the past two decades. Although the series concluded its 8-season, 176-episode run in 2012, there is no shortage of wild fan theories on the internet in 2024. According to a compelling argument made by House fan SAINTnumberFIVE on Reddit, the main character, Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) may be nothing more than a hallucinatory figment of Dr. James Wilson's (Robert Sean Leonard) imagination. At first blush, the outlandish postulation is easy to dismiss as a flight of fancy. Upon digging further, the theory isn't so far-fetched.
