Inside Out 2 follows Riley from the first film as she navigates adolescence. Now a teenager, she encounters a new set of emotions alongside the familiar Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust. New to Riley are Anxiety (Maya Hawke), Envy (Ayo Edebiri), Shame (Paul Walter Hauser), and Ennui (Adle Exarchopoulos). In a recent interview with ComicBook, Hawke discussed how she drew on her own real-life experiences to bring Anxiety to life on screen.
