The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, an upcoming prequel film revolving around Haymitch Abernathy, continues to round out its star-studded cast with one of the most exciting additions yet. Plutarch Heavensbee, previously portrayed by the late great Philip Seymour Hoffman, will be appearing in the new adaptation based on the best-selling book from franchise author Suzanne Collins. Longtime franchise director Francis Lawrence is set to helm Sunrise on the Reaping based on a screenplay written by Billy Ray.
