As a fan of Alan Tudyk since his days starring in Firefly and Serenity in the 2000s, I thought he couldn't top his funny performance in Tucker and Dale vs Evil, which is one of the goriest and most hysterical horror-comedies of the past two decades. Then came an unassuming Syfy original series in 2021 that completely altered my perception of Tudyk's gifted acting range. He elevated his acting chops in a sci-fi TV series that has only become more popular since it was added to Netflix.
