No matter what type of show you watch, one thing that TV fans collectively do is root for their favorite characters to end up together. We spend seasons watching these characters form undeniable connections and go through life together. We watch them go through every up and down together, only getting closer as they do so. Inevitably, we want certain characters to get together and have a happy ending.
