It really shouldn't be surprising when a bad movie finds success on Netflix because it has happened more and more lately. Films that audiences may not have wanted to spend money on in theaters get a curiosity watch on the streamer because it's less of a financial risk, so to speak. You're only losing out on some of your time on your couch if the film is as bad as they say, rather than a little dent in your wallet. Today, the platform sees another poorly reviewed film rising up on their charts, and it comes courtesy of Blumhouse Productions, who had a rough year of questionable horror movie releases.
