Vampires are one of the most enduring and popular concepts in horror, and you have to at least give Night Patrol credit for delivering yet another solid twist on where and how to incorporate them, given how many vampire stories we’ve seen through the decades (and even in just the past couple of years). Unfortunately, the film never quite delivers on its promising set-up, introducing several clever scenarios it doesn’t do enough with.
