Starting in 2027, Warner Bros. will add a new chapter to the long-standing Wizarding World with the upcoming reboot of author J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter, this time as a television series. Hoping to run across seven years, Season 1 will adapt the first book in the series, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, which shows Harry's earliest days as a wizard and his first adventure with his two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Along with an exciting group of youngsters playing the main trio of heroes (Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout, and Arabella Stanton), Warner Bros. is assembling a cast of A-listers to play the older and more experienced wizards.
