After Supergirl and Clayface debut in theaters in 2026, DC Studios co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran will continue their run on the big screen in 2027 with Man of Tomorrow. Bringing in Lars Eidinger to play the supervillain Brainiac, David Corenswet's Clark Kent and Nicholas Hoult's Lex Luthor will be forced to team up to stop an antagonist that threatens the entire planet. While the story will focus heavily on this unexpected partnership, plenty of major supporting DCU stars will also play big roles in the follow-up to 2025's Superman.
