Fresh off his role as Aaron Spencer in Dexter: Original Sin, Patrick Dempsey is back on the small screen in an intense new crime thriller that's now a streaming hit. Dempsey is, of course, famous for his role as Dr. Derek (McDreamy) Shepherd on the long-running Grey's Anatomy, and since his last appearance on the medical drama in 2021, he's been featured not only in Dexter, but the big screen movies Ferrari, and the Eli Roth slasher, Thanksgiving.
