Ever since the first teaser for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone dropped on Mar. 25, it feels like HBO has been pelted with endless concerns from potential viewers. Thankfully, one of the biggest has officially been quelled, which is sure to give fans a welcome sigh of relief – and they need it. All anyone can talk about is how much darker the new show looks than its cinematic predecessor, which arrived in theaters nearly 25 years ago. The latter has raised another fan concern: the fact that it's quite simply way too soon to be remaking Potter, even if HBO has promised to dive deeper into J.K. Rowling's magical world than ever before.
